Do you really believe that your group is the only one authorized by God to proclaim Jesus Christ? Are you one of those who disqualify others because they are not part of your circle?
A disciple approached Jesus and said, “Teacher, we saw someone using your name to cast out demons, but we told him to stop because he does not belong to our group.”
Jesus said to him, “Do not stop him. For whoever is not against you is for you.”
A very common stance is to think that only our spiritual institution has God’s patent to convey the message of salvation. That would be very flattering; but it’s not true.
That disciple who was complaining to Jesus already felt himself within an exclusive circle. Only twelve entered there, but he was surprised to find out that God was already working on other fronts.
The great commission awaits us, the fields are already white for harvest, and the army of God has been deployed in the world. It would be naive to think that only our group will be the protagonist.
Let us fulfill with responsibility the task that the Lord has entrusted to us, each in our geographical area, and let us stop criticizing or belittling other fronts. In the end, we will all win, and we will gather to worship the Savior.

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Master,” said John, “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we tried to stop him, because he is not one of us.”
“Do not stop him,” Jesus said, “for whoever is not against you is for you.”
— Luke 9:49-50
