It was getting dark, and Jesus was in a deserted place, accompanied by a large crowd. At that moment, his disciples said to him, “Dismiss the crowd, so that they can go to the villages and buy food.”
Jesus said to them, “They don’t need to go away. You give them something to eat.”
How important what Jesus was teaching them. He not only cares for our spiritual life but also for all our needs.
And they said to him, “We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish.” Jesus said to them, “Bring them here to me.”
So, he commanded the people to sit down on the grass; and taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven, blessed them, and broke them. More than five thousand people ate and were satisfied.
This tremendous miracle started from a small offering. The disciples had to learn to share what little they had, trusting in the infinite goodness of God.
While Jesus taught them to look up to the sky, bless, and always give thanks to God for His daily provision.

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children.”
— Matthew 14:20-21
