While Jesus was speaking, a woman from the crowd exclaimed, “Blessed is the womb that bore you and the breasts at which you nursed.”

And the Lord replied, “Even more blessed are those who hear the Word of God and put it into practice.”

How beautiful it is to remember Mary, the humble mother of Jesus, who dedicated her youth and best years to care for and raise the Savior. She was a sweet example of service to the Lord.

Indeed, every sacrificial service we render to the Savior will have its reward. Yet, Jesus desires us to take a step further towards the full blessing of God.

Serving the Lord is a tremendous blessing, bringing deep satisfaction to our hearts. However, something transcends time and emotions: Calmly listening to the Word of God daily and ensuring its serious application.

This daily and meticulous exercise will open tremendous doors of blessing. Your service to the Lord will significantly grow in quality, grounded in a life of obedience and knowledge of the Savior you serve.
