Jesus warned his disciples: “Learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branches sprout and leaves begin to appear, you know that summer is near.

In the same way, when you see all these things happening, you will know that my return is very near, right at the door.”

The Second Coming of Christ is imminent. He will return to gather His Church and execute judgment on the nations. Just as the fig tree signals the arrival of summer, the signs before the end warn us that the Lord is coming soon.

There will be wars and rumors of wars, famines, and diseases that will shake the earth. The planet will begin to tremble, and because of wickedness, the love of many will grow cold.

But the one who endures to the end will be saved.

Just by watching the world news, you can see that the end is near. Man, in his rebellion, is the only living being that destroys himself, destroys others, and destroys his environment.

Living with your back turned to God comes at a high cost. Foolishness, self-sufficiency, and pride will lead to serious consequences. Even so, the arms of Jesus remain open to all without exception. Christ is coming soon: The leaves of the fig tree announce His return.
